TRAILSIDE COTTAGE Located a short distance from the water, Trailside cottage comes with newer décor and furnishings. This lovely cottage is surrounded by lots of open space and you will love to sit out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This two bedroom cottage comes with a set of bunk beds in both bedrooms: single mattress on top and double mattress on the bottom.This cottage also comes with a sofa bed. Trailside offers a propane fireplace to take the chill off on those cool spring or fall evenings and air conditioning for those hot summer nights. All cottages have all the amenities of home: high speed wireless Internet access, satellite colour TV, propane BBQ, fridge with full freezer, microwave, stove, electric toaster, and a coffee maker (filters supplied). A complete set of matching dishes, glasses, cutlery, and of course a complete set of pots/pans and cooking utensils. EXECUTIVE COTTAGE - STAY-A-WHILE COTTAGE - 2010: STAY-A-WHILE COTTAGE HAS BEEN REBUILT INTO A 3 BEDROOM COTTAGE. This cottage is our first EXECUTIVE COTTAGE. YOU CAN RENT IT AS EITHER A 2 OR 3 BEDROOM COTTAGE. (The New Stay-A-While Cottage is pictured below) This cottage is tucked against a granite ridge and offers a beautiful view of Lake Nipissing. The location of this cottage offers privacy and yet is only steps away from the docks and beach area. Stay-A-While Cottage is our first "Executive" cottage. This cottage has been re-built into a new 3 bedroom cottage. The 10' overhang over the deck allows you to enjoy sitting outdoors no matter the weather. See the ongoing work on our photo gallery. This cottage will have all the same amenities of our other cottages: Propane fireplace, air-conditioner, satellite colour TV - 32" LCD flat screen TV, propane BBQ and it also comes equipped with a dishwasher. This 3 bedroom cottage has the following beds: Bedroom 1) one queen size bed, Bedroom 2) bunk beds - double on the bottom and single on top, Bedroom 3) 2 sets of bunk beds - both have a single mattress on top and single mattress on the bottom.

 

LINGERON COTTAGE This cottage is located a short distance up the hill and offers beautiful views and a park-like setting. This 2-bedroom cottage comes with: 1) one queen size bed, 2) bunk beds with a single mattress on top and a double mattress on the bottom plus it also comes with a sofa bed. Lingeron cottage comes equipped with a propane fireplace, air-conditioner and a 4-piece bathroom. Our cottages have all the amenities of home: microwave, satellite colour TV, propane BBQ, fridge with a full freezer, stove, electric toaster and a coffee maker. There is a complete set of pots/pans and cooking utensils. This is a great spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Ontario's Near North.

 

EXECUTIVE COTTAGE - PINERIDGE COTTAGE NEW FOR 2012 - PINERIDGE COTTAGE IS CURRENTLY BEING REBUILT INTO A NEW 2 BEDROOM EXECUTIVE COTTAGE........This spacious cottage is located a short distance up the hill and offers wonderful views and lots of open space. Pineridge is tucked against a granite ridge that provides shelter and adds to the character of this cottage. It is a short walk to the beach, sundeck, or docks. Pineridge cottage has been upgraded with new kitchen cabinets. It also comes equipped with a 36" Toshiba TV, propane fireplace, air-conditioner and a 4-piece newer bathroom. This 2-bedroom cottage comes with: 1) one queen size bed, 2)bunk beds: single mattress on top and a single mattress on the bottom plus a separate single bed. This cottage also comes with a sofa bed. Pineridge is our largest 2 bedroom cottage and is a perfect location for people seeking a private, quiet getaway.

 

EXECUTIVE COTTAGE - EDGEWATER COTTAGE -NEW FOR 2011- Edgewater Cottage has been completely re-done and is our second Executive Cottage. This new cottage comes with the following beds: bedroom 1) one double bed, bedroom 2) four single beds. (2 sets of bunkebeds with a single mattress on top and a single mattress on the bottom). Edgewater Cottage is situated just a few steps from Lake Nipissing. This cottage comes equipped with all the amenities of our other cottages as well as having a 10' overhang over the front deck plus a dishwasher. This much sought after lakeside cottage offers magnificent views. The new Edgewater Cottage is a smoke free cottage. We have conveniently installed a commercial quality ashtray out on the front deck for those who smoke.
