QUALITY COTTAGES
The above pictures show the new Stay-A-While Cottage. This new 3 bedroom cottage is our first "Executive Cottage". The 10' overhang on the front deck will allow our guests to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather.

QUALITY BOATS
Scott has just started on refurbishing his 5th boat. (As seen in the above left picture). He's replacing all the plywood floors. We just purchased, this June 2010, 2 new 50 H.P. Mercury electric start motors for our StarCraft boats. Currently Scott has completely refinished 4 Lund boats with new foam, new floor boards, new seats and new wiring. We have also upgraded 17 of our Lunds with 30H.P. Mercury electric start motors. In 2009 we purchased all new fish finders for our Lund boats as well as 5 new trolling motors. We continue to provide our guests with the "Best Fleet of Boats" on Lake Nipissing.
DOCKS
Due to the low water levels in Lake Nipissing this year (2010) Scott has built 260' of floating docks. The pontoons arrived on May 6th & 7th 2010 and Scott's worked crazy hours to have all 15 docks completed by May 10th 2010. (See the photo gallery)
FURNITURE & KITCHENS BUILT BY SCOTT
Scott has built 6 new solid wood dining room tables for various cottages. He's also built several new, user friendly, bunkbeds and ladders. Above are pictures of the six solid pine kitchens Scott has built for the following cottages: Stay-A-While, Lakeview, Lookout, Sunset, Hi-View & Pineridge Cottages.
